Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states from our workshop in Tustin, California. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Cost
- Free Express Shipping.
- No surcharge for a residential address, a walk up or a rural route.
How long it takes
- Most orders leave the workshop in 1 to 2 working days.
- West coast addresses usually arrive 2 to 4 days after dispatch, east coast 5 to 7 days.
- You get a tracking number by email as soon as the boxes are collected.
What happens on the day
Everything ships flat by standard carrier, so nobody needs to be home. Boxes are left at your door unless you leave a delivery note asking for something else. Larger items such as the wardrobe and the dining set arrive as two or three boxes which may not all land on the same day.
Assembly
Every piece ships flat and every box has the tools in it. Rough timings:
- 10 to 30 minutes: plant stand, side table, bedside tables, chairs.
- 30 to 60 minutes: coffee table, console, bench, desk, dining table, beds.
- Around 2 hours: chest of drawers, sideboard, display cabinet, dresser.
- Around 2 and a half hours: the wardrobe, and much easier with two people.
Instructions name each part rather than using symbols, and every part is labelled in the box.
Missing or damaged parts
Email us the part number from the instruction sheet and we post a replacement free, for the life of the piece, not just the warranty period. You do not need a receipt and you do not need to send anything back.
Check the assembled size
Because everything ships flat, the boxes will fit through your door even when the finished piece would not. Measure the room and the doorway against the assembled dimensions on the product page before you order, particularly for the wardrobe and the extending table.
Damage in transit
Open the boxes within a few days even if you are not building the piece yet. If a panel is damaged, email us photos and the part number and we send a replacement at no cost.
