Orders and prices
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
- An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation, not when you submit it.
- We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
- We may decline an order where the delivery address is outside the United States or where access makes delivery impossible.
Product descriptions
Dimensions are the assembled size, given to the nearest inch, and may vary by up to half an inch. Photographs are representative. Pine varies in grain, knot pattern and colour between boards, so the piece you receive will not be identical to the photograph.
Delivery and assembly
Delivery dates are estimates and we will always tell you if a route is delayed. All items ship flat and require assembly. You are responsible for checking the assembled dimensions against your room and doorway before ordering, and for assembling the piece following the instructions supplied. Care of the furniture
Keep pieces out of direct all day sun and away from a radiator or a heating vent. Wipe with a damp cloth, not a solvent cleaner. Lift rather than drag, and dismantle before moving house. Damage from ignoring this is not covered by the warranty.
Load limits
Shelves and tops are rated for normal domestic loads. Do not stand or sit on a table, a sideboard or a shelf. Fit the anti tip strap supplied with tall storage pieces, particularly if children are in the house.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through the payment methods shown on the store. Orders are confirmed once payment clears.

Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying furniture that matches its description and is free from manufacturing fault. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of business or the cost of alternative furniture, arising from a delayed delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
